Alignment
Part 1, duration: 2 minutes
Take a couple of minutes to get ready to dive. The screen remains blank throughout this phase. Go deep inside in silence and peace to align yourself. You may keep your eyes closed until you hear a clear soft bell ring..
Visual meditation
Part 2, duration: 20 minutes
This is the main part where the Breathe Colors transformations happen. Please keep in mind that too much focus on the screen can be exhausting, so follow your inner guide and let everything go in a natural way. You may even close your eyes for some time if you feel like it. Again, no tension, no pressure.
By the end of this part, you will start hearing sound as a gentle reminder.
Landing
Part 3, duration: 7 minutes
Take your time, do not rush out… just stay calm with your eyes closed for a few minutes to land softly. The screen remains blank. Soft bell ringing at the end.
